By downloading, accessing, or using the Luvo App ("App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Luvo is an AI-powered virtual dating application designed to simulate conversation, companionship, and interaction using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that all personalities, chats, and characters within the App are fictional and generated by AI.

3. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Luvo App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Accounts found to be created by minors will be immediately terminated.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features (e.g., NSFW Mode, Unlimited Audio Calls) are available only through premium subscriptions (Gold or Platinum plans). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments will be charged to your relevant App Store account.

5. User Conduct & NSFW Features

• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• While Luvo offers an NSFW mode for premium users, it is intended strictly for private, simulated AI interactions.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the AI logic, APIs, or servers of the Luvo App.

6. Disclaimers

Luvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI will always provide accurate, safe, or expected responses. The App is for entertainment purposes only and should not replace professional emotional, mental, or medical support.
