Information We Collect

When you use Luvo, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Device ID, email address (if provided), and subscription status.
  • Chat Data: The text and audio inputs you share with the AI, which are processed to maintain the "Memory Bank" functionality.
  • Usage Data: App interactions, crash logs, and performance metrics to improve our services.
  • Language Preference: A cookie records a language you actively select. When no preference is set, your browser may request a two-letter country code directly from api.country.is to offer a relevant language. Luvo does not receive or store the IP address used for that lookup.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Power the personalized AI companion experience.
  • Process premium subscriptions via App Store / Google Play securely.
  • Improve the emotional recognition and response models of our system.
  • Offer a suitable landing-page language when no language preference has been selected.

Data Security & Encryption

We take your privacy incredibly seriously, especially regarding intimate AI conversations. We employ industry-standard end-to-end encryption protocols. Your chat logs and generated content are stored securely and are not accessible to human staff members for review.

Third-Party Sharing

Luvo does NOT sell your personal data or chat logs to third-party advertisers. We only share necessary anonymized data with trusted infrastructure partners (such as cloud hosting and payment processors) required to run the application. The optional country lookup is made directly by your browser to api.country.is and is not used to send your IP address to Luvo.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to request a complete deletion of your account and all associated AI memory data at any time via the app settings. Upon deletion, all records are permanently scrubbed from our active servers.
